Personally, I believe that was his panic reaction excuse after he realized he was being captured on video. Any cop that can't tell the difference between his taser and his firearm should not be a cop. Not to mention, aren't they kept on different sides of his body? His official excuse is he
doesn't know where his service pistol is?
