      Title is the only meta you need.

      Unless all your pages are text-less, then go with keywords/description/title (good luck with that).

          You're going to get conflicting answers and different opinions on this. Do you mean, to increase traffic? The real way to get huge traffic is to write an article or have a picture or page that everybody and their mother wants to link to (especially if no one else has that content).
