    Right wing bullshit propaganda

Yet another email from some of my fanatic fundamentalist relatives.

Don't buy the patriotic Pepsi can coming out with pictures of the Empire State Building, and the Pledge of Allegiance on them. Pepsi left out two little words on the pledge, "Under God." Pepsi said they didn't want to "offend" anyone. So if we don't buy them then they will not be offended when they don't receive our money that has the... words 'In God We Trust" on it.
And of course, the few about how outraged they were what Obama was doing about the Whitehouse Christmas Tree, yet another hoax.

Why do people automatically believe this shit?

Because people are extremely stupid. I wont say that the right wing has the market wrapped up on gullible and the ignorant, but they are damn sure working hard to secure a market dominance.
In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.

This sounds more like a teenager's line of thinking. I doubt it originated from anyone older than 16.

Because right wingers get mad if you leave God out of the pledge. Even though the original pleadge did not have "under god" in it.

I hate Pepsi but I am going to have a few in the new cans just to help offset the Palin supporters who boycott it. Good for Pepsi.

+1 and not all right wingers are Christians...

The addition of God in everything should really be removed... monotheistic religions will pass, as with all religions they're just the flavor of the times...

Spirituality and the belief of life after death will always be around in some form or another at least until the end of mankind (if that ever happens)...

If it came in an email it must be true and needs no thinking about.

It's even more true if it says at the end 'knowledge is power forward this to all of your friends'

It sounds exactly like any number of people well over the age of 16 but you are correct in that its a very immature way of looking at the world. You know the Baptists officially boycotted ABC because its owned by Disney and they openly don't discriminate against gays was the reason, this isn't much further off from that.

I also do agree though, the extreme left has some very wacky views as well... Pie for everyone!

Because the right wing fruit loops are notorious for sending this kind of stupid shit out as e-mails.
