Sounds about right to me. If it makes about $100 a month I would probably pay between 700-1200 depending on how stable things were/look.

I would say 9 months (more than 6, less than 12) if income is steady (se positions did't drop in mean time) for last 12 months.

In this market you would be lucky to get 5 months rev. Ive bought several small sites in the last few months and paid less than the scripts were worth. I paid just paid $500 for two sites that ran $450 scripts (each) and had custom design with custom toons.

Correct, im selling off a lot of small custom built websites that i inherited and so far sales have been based on its 6 months revenue.
