I used to do outside sales, selling frozen foods.

A lot of fish are worse than pork. My old roomie was a sous chef and she showed me what some fish fillets do when they hit a hot pan. Some of that shit will make you sick just looking at it. Not sure if the video is real, with the cut away and all. Freezing meat as the same effect as cooking it for killing most worms/parasites. So unless that was fresh from the butcher, it's likely fake.
