    Apartment Data Providers

    I have searched and searched and searched and can't find this information. Does ANYONE know of a company that offers an XML feed for for apartments?

    Kind of like an IDX feed that I can lease?

          Do you mean a feed of apartments for rent type thing?

          I know a lot of realtor type sites have feeds, don't know specifically that they have apartments seperated from houses and such but you could always parse out the apartment ads. Also CL has feeds on almost all it's categories that you could pull in.

          If thats not what you mean then please excuse my ignorance. ;p

                      Are you looking for listings or just a directory of all apartments regardless of whether they have listings? If the former, Scrape CL, maybe?

                                          not sure about commercial apartment complexes, but if you have access to the MLS (multiple listing service) you can xml out individual properties for lease and rental properties to web. real estate brokerages and agents do this on their websites
