I lived there and seen both sides and can roll-out shit Israelis did to non-violent Arabs called Druze. In short, they kicked them off their land and built kibbutzim on their property. These Arabs have never fired a shot at the Jews and actually fought beside them in the wars and Israel has statues erected in their honor. Now, what you need to understand is the Israeli hypocrisy because the Druze were there before there were Jews.
Their religion is so old they were the first to say Adam did not come from gods rib, but was the first man to believe in one god. The Israelis still seized their land and they live in severe poverty, no civil rights, etc. So crying to me about elected officials and a democratic government is all bullshit unless you're a Jew in Israel.
My point is the hypocrisy, lies, and force Israel will use to achieve an all Jewish nation regardless of peace.

The Jewish people is thousands of years older than any of the Islamic religion, land has been promised, conquered, re-conquered.. wars .. it's all about superstition left-overs that can be tracked back to even thousands of years earlier than the ancient Egyptian dynasties.
But all of that is endless discussion and irrelevant to the tariff you talk about. I just want to see the official source. Not only your assumptions with reference to greed/exploitation.
If it's a contract between UN and Israel government, which IS elected democratic, then there must be a source?
