I didn't say they couldn't pay the rebills. I'm saying they don't see any future in it for them, and see no reason to pay out even one more dollar from it. And no, I'm not saying it's "right". But businesses do that kind of shit all the time.
Just watching the local news here in Vegas and the Norwalk furniture store where I got some of my furniture here in Vegas...shut it's doors and left about a dozen people screwed. They showed this one woman who had ordered $2600 worth of furniture a few months ago, and they just closed up shop and kept her money.
Unfortunately, shit like that happens all the time.
