of course its not staged, shit like that happens every day over there. the people in the yellow jackets are aid workers or similar, that's why they have yellow jackets on so they don't get shot as well, and this is why they speak english. and the fact she has a megaphone with her to warn off the israeli soldiers just shows what a frequent occurance it is in that particular area.
