    A Third Designer Needed

Honestly, my other two are overwhelmed. They have their own clients, plus all of my stuff, plus these tube and other clients I am picking up. There is a lot of work, and frankly more than we had planned for.

I need a solid designer who also can do the following things.

    1. Consistent Caliber of Work. No Matter the Client.
    2. CSS/HTML Knowledge and Coding for Cut Designs.
    3. Proficient in Smarty for Design Integration.
    4. Solid Communication and Time Management Skills.
    5. Speaks Fluent English.
    6. Pays Attention to Details.

Number 1 is important. Some designer will show you a pretty portfolio, and then when you put them to work nothing looks like their demos. I expect all work to look like demo provided.

I am not looking for a designer who just makes pretty designs, and can maybe cut them. I am looking for you to be able to also code and integrate them into client's scripts. Mainly MechBunny along with a few others.

Communication and time management is key. I am getting a lot of business from the boards, and off the boards, and honestly need someone who can keep up with the work load. You need to provide realistic deadlines, and keep them. My clients are not going to be as patient as I am.

While I understand that some of the better designers are going to be booked weeks in advance, my clientele simply is not going to wait that long frankly. Work needs to be turned around quickly. I need a professional. If you have what I am looking for, feel free to hit me up. I will provide the overview of the type of work my designers are currently doing, and what else we have going on.

    Thanks.

yes, it did happened to me. i hired him for a site, he show me good designs. but when the project's done, look like shit. then i figured out why, the designer or his partner are not with him anymore.

so now, i will always choose a designer alone with good portfolio. not a design team.

I wish it were that easy. How does that saying go? You can have one that is...

        1. Quality.
        2. Fast.
        3. Cheap.

        Pick two.

there's a problem for 2 and 3. a one man team are always busy, so you have to wait for your project to get it done. and yes, they are not always cheap, they had a lot o projects so why they bargain themselves. but the quality is, what you see is what you get.

Hello! we've been helping people with your needs since 2004
I agree that some people is afraid to hire a design team because they had the experience that the final result is not at the level of their portfolio..but in my opinion the company or the individual you hired MUST deliver what you requested no matter what. If you don't like the design , then they have to TOTALLY re do it till you get what you want, just as simple as that. That is what we do in idsadult. I am in charge of the design team and we've been doing this since the very beginig of idsadult.
I would like you to send me the examples of your current designer's job and see if we can give you a hand.
