I think this is the problem with a lot of affiliates, they simply do not understand exactly how certain payouts work.

For instance, say the payout is $100 and its every two weeks, if I make that $100 min before that two weeks that doesn't necessarily mean I am owed the payout yet depending on when the final amount was made so it would roll over to the next pay period and lets say for the next period I fall short of the $100 min payout, nats for example will in a lot of cases not see that as you actually making your payout regardless of how much rolled over so it automatically skips you on the payout drop again.

This can go on for quite some time so its not always a matter of "not paying" but of the payouts, minimums, rollovers not being hit properly and maybe sometimes since most of this is suppose to be automated it ends up getting overlooked with hundreds or thousands of affiliates to payout.
