    I need to clear some funds for additional projects so I'm selling some domains I'm developing a little earlier than I wanted.

    First up...

    adultbootytalk.com

    This is a domain I picked up several months back but only started developing it about 30 days ago. Already it has 100+ uniques per day. The #2 referrer is Google so a lot of that is search engine traffic. I suspect this will be a PR3 on the next update since I have a lot of PR3 and PR4 link trades. It's fairly new but already has one sale for $35 at Traffic Cash Gold.

    I would appreciate it if the owner would maintain the link trades and if you want the HTML its yours too. Just change my TCG codes for yours.

          But I need at least $100 or I'll keep this domain. It already has one $35 sale and it's barely a month into development. The traffic is growing and it should easily do a sale per month going forward with no more work.

              Last call for this domain on this forum. If no takers for at least $100 I'll offer it on another forum.

              Some extra info...

              It has 12 PR4 sites linking to it and 8 PR3 sites linking to it. Plus a few PR2s and PR1s. So it should be at least a PR3 if not PR4 very soon.

              It has one confirmed sale at $35 in about a month of being live.

              It is on the first Google page for 2-3 black pornstars.

              It is doing 150-200 uniques per day recently and should continue to grow.

              As mentioned before the #2 referrer is Google so a good chunk of the traffic is coming from search engines.

              I need at least $100 or I'm better off keeping it. It already has one sale so if it gets 3 more the new owner would make a profit.

                  I have someone interested in this domain so it may be sold.

                  But once again if anyone out there can use it for $100 please get in touch with me. The current guy interested doesn't have much experience buying domains so he may decide not to take it.
