Many CJ traders and TGP traders don't have some of the sophisticated cheater tracking and detection systems we have in our software, which means that finding out someone's a cheater on the boards could really safe them a boatload of hassels.

I have news for you too. Slander and/or libel have nothing to do with the statements being factual. Ask your "legal team" about that. Defamation of another party/company WILL land you in hot water. Ever wonder why employers can't say much about previous employees? All they will say is weather they would rehire the employee or not. Nothing more. Saying anything else would open them up to some type of defamation suit. Same situation here. I am not rushing to defend sasush by any means, just pointing out that perhaps you should show some restraint. Especially when you're posting with your company name. It doesn't take a genius to figure that one out.

I'm not a lawyer by any means, so sure I'll ask my legal team (not sure why you put that in quotes)...however what I learned from my high school law class was that slander and/or libel has to be of a false statement.

What I said was absolutely 100% true, and as far as I'm concerned very important for other people to know.

Also the "big dogs" as call them that may go out and sue my corporation, wouldn't be hitbotting me in the first place.
