Its not possible to contact them. Whoever tries, will receive their automated email that pretty much tells you to fuck off: You're not important enough to talk to google.
Well this guy here started a blog and its getting more and more famous.
Apparently he has a million dollar idea and wants to present it to google. No one knows what it is yet, but yesterday he returned back home with some news:
