                                                  somewhat but the way i ride, not really LOL my arms, legs, back etc all covered in mud. and when im slinging it and popping the clutch it really throws mud, from my knees down is solid chunk of mud LOL but yes the mud guards do help trmendously but doesnt stop me from getting mud all over after hours in the pits
