    Global Warming is B.S.

    Weather is a contantly changing thing on this planet. It always has been and it always will be as the world changes the axis that it rotates on, and no amount of toxins in the ozone is going to effect it.

    Fact: This planet was warmer thirty years ago then it is now.

    Wake the fuck up people - Al Gore is an un-electable moron who tells us all to quit using fossil fuels and personally spends over $30,000 a year on them for his own use. That's right - private jets create a lot of smog. He is nothing more than a rich snob trying to tell us to lesson our lives while he does not.

      Anyone who believes global warming is real deserves the pain in the ass of using "enviro friendly" tools in their life.

          Much scientific evidence backs global warming up.

          Personally, I've never watched Al Gore's flick... I think the sad thing is that people are loosing the message in their dislike for the man.

                      al gore unelectable? ya right, he lost by about a hundred votes in 2000 and WON the popular vote. Had they have done a recount he probably would have won it.

                                      The fact remains that the earth is getting warmer (even if my tiny amounts) the question is are we just in a natural warming phase, or is what we are doing (pollution, burning fossil fuels etc) causing this, or is it a combination of both? Since there is no real way to be 100% sure, I would say it is best to err on the side of safety and try to curb our pollution output and cut back on energy use.

                                                          I love these kinds of "global warming ain't happening" posts. Every board has them and they're always the same strange brew of denial, stupidity and arrogance.

                                                          10,000 peer reviewed (if you don't know why this is significant, don't even bother posting a fucking reply) scientists who NEVER AGREE ON FUCK ALL agree that climate change is real and humans are causing it.

                                                          7 of these same scientists disagree.

                                                          SEVEN.

                                                          Now I'm as free a thinker as there is, but when 9993 scientists who can't agree on what color the sky is agree on something and sign off on it, and the remaining 7 are found--invariably--to be on the payroll of Big Oil, well, folks that's good enough for me.

                                                          As someone said, whether you like Al Gore or not, global warming is here and getting worse. Take your heads out of your ass.
