don't think this is a case of plastic surgery gone bad. my guess would be more of an eating disorder. she works out constantly now and from the looks of it, doesn't eat enough/right. she's just too skinny right now and it shows in her face, arms, shoulders and legs. with those giant fake tits still there, she just looks misshapen and odd.
