in any media events upon review there are going to be inconsistencies, anomalies and such - especially an event the scale of 9/11 - the existence of such is not proof of a conspiracy, just a reflection of human nature and limitations.
the 9/11 conspiracy movement - like all fanatical, cultish groups and ideologies - is generally a projection of their minds fears, desires and hopes than any objective reality.

The only problem in presenting this as eveidence of a theory is that if the building was in the background, seen clearly, why would the producers allow it to go out. If they were told to say that by anyone they would say "dur, you can see it in the background" and change cam shots
The BBC dont read auto ques from the CIA or anyone else. They can and do criticise the UK and any government. They are independant as far as i can see and i watch the BBC news on a day in day out basis.
