The majority of child molestors molest people they know, just like the majority of rapists rape people they know. The internet has nothing to do with this reality.

Parents need to stop passing the buck and watching out for their kids. Don't believe that bullshit that you couldn't have stopped it. You could have but you had better things to do and now you want to blame someone.
