I just planned to renew a domain with them a few days ago, but kept accidentally adding other stuff to the shopping cart and couldn't remove it. So, I found it easier to transfer it away. I do have to say that their support was excellent the few times I had to speak with someone, but I was in a hurry and found their checkout process too complicated for this simple task.
