to answer your other question, yeah when you submit to google it submits to google worldwide. but a single backlink from an indexed site will have the same effect faster.

Tina, my post was a joke referring to how you misspelled "submit" in your initial post. You kept spelling it "sumbit" which sounded like some bite so I just played off of it. I'm really not sure what you are looking for with your question, you can manually submit your sites to the search engines by going to their submit page and entering your site info.
