      Rogers is fucked up, I keep yelling Customer Service! Their stupid voice recognition never gets it.

          someone should code up a simple app for that so it autodetects the number your dialing and does it for you.. like build that database into an application like a dialer. maybe lets you listen to your own custom mp3's until it gets a real person.

              the last time i called the power company i was quite impressed..

              it was like "hello smokey , we have detected you live at 123 woodsy lane and your power is out because " some guy backed into the pole" . power is estimated to be restored in 20 mins"

              im serious.. well although they didnt say smokey they said my name but..
