if you know your niches and you submit by hand you can make enough to survive. I think most serious tgps do block submitting software as good as they can.
I recommend you to do a little search to read something about this at first (there were many threads and articles about this topic in past months all around the places) or even better, dive into the thing yourself directly and see whats gonna happen.. everybody has different results, some people know how to make decent money on this, and some just dont...
Those who know shit are not gonna share their secrets most of the time anyway, which is pretty obvoius IMHO..
As for the tools required, our products are trustful and you can rely on them when it comes to submitting - however you will for sure need more than just the tool (paid listings, partner accounts, good gallery designs and samples,..) if you are looking for the top results...
However, the tool itself is a great help, Chameleon is very user friendly with the database of relevant TGP/MGP sites, that is being updated on a regular daily basis.
I know I just registered today for the boards but I've been around for a while kinda trying to soak in everything I could. I've had some luck but it just seems nowadays either everyone is posting the same content from the same sites OR there are so many sites out there you have to spend a lot of time and brain power coming up with shit that actually works. Does anyone else notice this??
Then again maybe I'm just a tard considering people make millions off this shit :D
I have been submitting as my primary source of income since 2001. Here are some tips I've picked up along the way...
First, when you get sales put as much of the money as possible back into your business. Buy partner accounts, get faster hosting, buy content that isn't over exposed, etc. If you try to rely only on cheap hosting, sponsor content, and free partner accounts you'll never make more than 1-3 sales per day consistently. But most paid partner accounts yield multiple times their cost in sales.
Second, get familiar with Chameleon Submitter or a similar program. Back in the day you could submit to a short list of 30-40 TGPs and make a good income. Now you really need to hit 300-500 consistently because fewer places list you regularly.
Third, use PPS sponsors at first so you can make more money up front to fund you until you really get going. Then slowly mix in more and more revshare programs.
Finally, don't go around asking people to look at your galleries or tell you what works. What works for me may not work for you. And what I think about your gallery doesn't matter as much as what works. Experiment and find your niche. It has been my experience that generic text galleries work better than flashy expensive templates. But others disagree. So try new things.
Chameleon Submitter is a very useful tool but if you want to make money, your going to have to spend money......(and work hard too.) Hit up some of the bigger tgp sites and ask how much they charge for partner accounts. You can make money in submitting galleries but you need to submit the right types of galleries and to high traffic sites. Don't waste your time submitting to a bunch of small sites. Good luck.
I hear many people talk about tgp/mpg issues; however I hear that such does not convert well...
It's almost easier to buy quality traffic then it is to waist your time with people messing around with black SEO or overused adult traffic...
If there is a method of converting tgp/mgp traffic with little time spent on submissions... converting for example 1:500 then show me the way...
Could someone give a step by step example on this issue please...
Good luck snisnik,
.
Just remember, there is a reason why virtually every single program offers FHGs and only a handful offer RSS and free sites.
Everyone loves to bash TGPs as being shitty sources of traffic and a waste of time but it's still the source of the most signups across the board.
No one who does it well is going to tell anyone else how to do it step by step because there is already enough competition. But if you read, learn, and experiment you can make a lot of money for 3-4 hours per day of work.
