    Question, probably very noob question...

I am not 100% on the laws of posting pictures on adult websites and have a simple question. I am just about to create an adult site after years of keeping it clean. My question is this:

Say a guy posts some pictures of his hot lady friends on a forum for whatever reason. Would there be anything wrong with adding them to my website?

Hi Joshm, it's no secret that there is a Fed that watchs this board. Just ask him about the DOJ and the 2257 laws, not to mention that you don't actually own the rights or the licensing rights to the images. He can tell you more. I don't know his name, but he does hang out here.

I figured there was, I'm trying to learn all the laws before I go about starting this thing up. It's a lot different than my non-adult sites. Thanks for the info, is there any other reads that would be beneficial for a noob about rules and what not?
