So you're getting about $2200 after ccbill fees and affiliate payments are deducted? About $35k net a year, which I presume is shared with your models. Not bad, you just need to work harder on marketing, and being a bit less pig headed when long time industry stalwarts (or even anyone who knows a bit) give you good advice...Comment

So you are doing $100 a day gross sales with ALL your affiliates combined? IM not getting on your case (I think there are alot of people here that dont even make 100 a day) but considering you have a program, payouts, content, some sort of programmers / sys admins and hosting, that means you have to be loosing your ass. That is unless you get free hosting, free content and pay your employees $5 a day each. And even then after taxes you're making less than my little sister makes working part time at starbucks while she goes to grad school.
I mean, do your thing....but if you want to build trust with affiliates and show them how well your sites convert, jumping on here and showing your entire affiliate base doing what one decent affiliate should be doing in a month may not be the best route to go, especially if youve been around longer than a year.Comment

They could certainly be doing better if AlphaSky was a little more business savvy when it came to internet porn. But, their costs are probably not very high anyway. Hosting is probably one flat price of a dedicated server, maybe $150/month, the program is simply CCBill's default affiliate program with no cost associated. Doubt they have a sys admin or programmer. Just hired one mediocre designer one time. The content probably came cheap. The models themselves may be involved or they were paid out a moderate sum of money one time to shoot all those photos sets & videos at once. With no interaction on the site like webcam shows and no live appearances at trade shows or the like, I would presume that it is more likely that the models have nothing to do with the site and haven't since the inception. They may not even be aware the site exists! That would also explain why AlphaSky dribbled the content out so slowly over the last year and a half. If I had discovered those twins, I'd have a pay site, a clip store, DVD movie featuring them, the twins on live cams and all kinds of other avenues to make the whole project a bigger success. As an afiliate I made about $1100 promoting their two sites so far with minimal effort. It's interesting to see such potential but only a modicum of success compared to what could have been.Comment

LOL... same here... although a bit more than "little." Average wage in AU is about $USD49k a year, so $35k split over 3 people makes it not much more than a hobby. In fact if it was split equally you'd almost be better off going on welfare.
