I have 8 servers doing about 500 megs at www.techiemedia.com These old school guys rock to the nth degree. They have a few options for BW which is totally cool. I keep all my front end stuff on pure level3 at decent prices, then I have my hi bandwidth media servers on their "Value" network which is awesome (NO COGENT) but very affordable. Either way you go these guys are solid and a great company to work with, IMO.. Ask for Jim over there, and he will take good care of you.

Oh well do yourself a big favor and talk to Jim at www.techiemedia.com before you make a decision. They have a few options regarding bandwidth to offer and they are a very solid company to work with.
Also like sly said (above) for a 200 meg or so commit you really need to talk to thew company not just listen to us trolls on a board, or go by prices on the sites.
