    Wire transfer Cost

How much do you get charged for International Wire transfers?

The sponsor/processor charges around 30-35 bucks per transfer, BUT then the Bank charges me another 30-35 bucks, which makes the total cost around 70 bucks per wire transfer.

How much do they charge you?

If your bank charges you for incoming wire transfers, change the bank to the one which doesn't.

Outgoing wire fee's are charged by the US gov/treasury? And very from domestic and international. The bank shouldn't make any "profit" on this.

Incoming should be a very small fee if at all any.

It costs only €2 across Europe, thanks to a new IBAN system.

One of the reasons I put min payout at $1000. You get fucked in the ass everyway you turn, especially with Australian banks.

Transferring money will always cost money, all you can do is limit it as much as possible by increasing minimum payouts. Try contacting your bank and see if they have a package that will lower those fees?

If your bank charges you for incoming wires drop them. 30 for an outgoing international is pretty standard as far as the sponsors end.

                        ?

                        Where are you from?
wire transfer from USA to Europe is 30 bucks (ccbill).
Also, 7.5 euro I am paying for verotel wire transfer. With every transfer my bank take later 4 or 5 dollars.

Recently, verotel started charging 20 eur more per transfer, actually intermediary bank that wasn't charging before.

You won't find any bank not charging you for incoming fees if the sponsor wires with "shared costs"

I pay $25 - $35 to the sponsor and another $9 to the bank for every wire transfer...

On the other hand, US checks to cash in EU are even more expensive and take weeks to clear.

I receive multiple wires a month, including international, my bank doesn't charge me one penny. You might want to shop around and find a bank with minimal fees to use just for wires.

My current bank charges a percentage with a minimum fee, but their currency rates are better (in my favour) than my old bank, which charges a flat fee. So it works out about the same. On top of that they also seem to miss charging any fee at all for a regular fortnightly payment from one particular sponsor... so I'm keeping my mouth shut. :D

I've been in the middle of a dispute between ccbill and my bank now. Ccbill charges $30 to send a wire, my bank $18 to receive one (fucking 3rd world bullshit). Anyway, somehow in the middle appeared an -what they call- intermediary bank. Beats me, why such a thing is even necessary. But this intermediary bank, which is the same Bank of America as ccbill just another branch, charges $47. WHY THE FUCK, THIS BANK I HAVE NO BIZZ WITH CHARGES MORE THAN BOTH!!

CCBill is not a bank, they charge you a wire fee to do the manual paper work/etc. Bank of America Charges 45 for international wires, not 47 and this is regulated by the Fed and in the end the fed is the one who charges since the wires go through the fed for processing.

However your bank receiving a wire is screwing you because it costs nothing to "receive" this is your bank just making their money. Banks make most of their money off fee's.

Totally ridiculous, it's much cheaper for me to cash a check than to even think of receiving a wire, of course it takes time, but that's not an issue.

Talk about second most expensive banking in Europe and probably second most expensive banking in the world.
