For content, contact Loch, AmaContent, MaDalton and GetNaughty. For scripts, there are many and each of them has its advantages and flaws, so better check it out by yourself. We bought the somehow "top 3" tube scripts and even though they do the work, they all are pretty limited, so we're building a custom one for our next projects so we can have all the features no other script has. The custom path is something you may want to consider as well if you want to get serious at the "tube plus" thingy

Make sure you buy minimum 480@640 1500kbs none of this 320 screen size shit. There are many content guys who will sell full length videos in buld for less than $5 each. If I might make a suggestion try to find niche like granny mature creampie handjobs etc. Tubes that are micro niched are growing faster than generic tube sites.
