There are some emu farms here in Manitoba, haven't tried any yet.

I've never eaten emu, but I have eaten roo, the emu's here are wild they aren't from farms, they live in the bush or farmers paddocks, it's not uncommon to see them on the side of the road pecking away a 1/4 of a mile from town,
I might try eating some oneday
