That is because affiliates didnt advertise nor would it be assumed they would continually send traffic , whereas it would be assumed that if wegcash advertised revshare and had its affiliates promote it , they would be paid a percentage for as long as the member stayed, not until they decided to close their affiliates accounts on 3 day notice after heavily investing in tube related products.
