10x seems like a lot for fickle sites such as these type, imo. But on the other hand, it's a great investment for someone to add to an existing network in order to increase their own traffic. The sites do have great designs too.

OK,, not sold after all.. fucker was a scammer, and paid me from stolen paypal account,, now I know why he refused to pay by moneyorder. His email wasn't even his, and I don't know this persons username here since he never told me.

No the sites are not sold, read above, the high bidder was a scammer, and paid through stolen paypal account.

And the designer is not designing anymore and he is not around anymore.
