Yeah looks like ATM withdraw.. check your online statement. There should it be more detailed. Which bank and so on...
If someone got the details of your card, INCLUDING PIN, its pretty easy to "clone" it and take out money from any ATM. But if you know the bank where it happend, those pricks are on cam maybe.. Best of luck man!

now for anyone who will search GFY or google in the future for this:

on the 13th I took out $500 via ATM from my epass account.
on the 15th I got mugged and along with all of the rest of my credit cards so did my epass get stolen.
on the same day a few hours later I asked mike to block my the epass visa card so no one will have a chance to use it.
it was done as soon as asked.
what happen is along with the $500 that were withdrawn from my account it appeared another $500 were gone with the above specifications.
this happened because my card was blocked (to my request) before the withdraws were settled.
so I contacted Mike and he set the missing $500 back.
so no security hole this time....only bad luck....(p.s: no matter how big you are, 2 guys with a gun will get your wallet moving pockets)
