Pro's:
I'm good at what I do and I have never worked has hard for anyone in the past as I do for myself with my own company, which translates to better customer service and happier clients.
Con's:
There are no con's, only opportunities for more pro's that you have not yet found out how to convert. What you perceive to be pro's and con's are in fact just another form of traffic (in this case, traffic of opportunities), and the name of the game is still finding out how to convert.
