                        While laws vary from state to state in detroit in order to charge the grandmother , she would have to have been committing a felony not a misdemeanor.

                                            why are the cops throwing a flash bang to execute a search? why is the 'grandmother' attacking an armed cop? the reality is the cops weren't at my house executing a search warrant for murder with draw weapons and flash bang grenades.

                                            chances are the brothers will burn down what's left of Detroit over this anyway...was the cop black or white?

                                            if a cop is arresting me for jaywalking and I jump the cop and try and take his gun, it goes off and kills 'you' walking by.. yes it is my fault and I will be charged with murder and you're relatives will sue the crap out of me and the cops..

                                                        I'll wait til the full report comes out. I saw the story on the local news and they said there might have been a scuffle which caused the gun to go off, details were still sketchy. Tragic either way

                                                            This is not 'in addition', this is the premise they used to get a search warrant so they could flashbang a house, get into a fight with a grandmother, and then accidentally shoot 1 round into a childs head.
