    Just got incorporated...

    Choose S-Corp! Hope i can save some tax now!

    Have to keep track of expenses and shit now, know any good software for it?

              Deciding factor is that i can save more $ with S-corp, LOL. My cpa is pretty good, he know everything and told me S-corp was the best, so i choose that. If you guys dont dont have a cpa then i highly suggest getting one!

                  I'm also with a s-corp. It just depends how much paperwork you want your lawyer/cpa to go through setting it all up, and if how much leverage you want with ownership and funds etc. Just google s-corp vs llc and you will get some good info. Some depends on state as well.
