Some ePassporte functionality is currently undergoing maintenance. Your balance will appear as $0.00 and many functions will not be available until maintenance is complete. We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working to resolve this matter immediately.

So whats up at epass atm? Finally some security improvements?

Yeah I had that message about a week ago when they were fixing things. A little later I loged in and everything was fine and my balance was correct.

Its like you guys never see this with anything else. I get the same shit with my bank a lot.. You need to chill

i've got no problems with maintenance at all. Just MOST companies do that shit at 3am on a sunday or some other time. Not during normal business hours

I got that twice now But check your statement ... you can still use your card etc ... I did on Amazon and it worked even tho my balance was 0000

Online statement shows the real balance and I managed to send funds to my other account 'coz I had to pay for hosting with my virtual visa(and the hosting company got their $$$ 2 hrs ago), so even though the balance is $0.00, some functions are working.

I've had this message from epass for about 10 1/2 hours now. It's very much a pain in the ass since my main source of payment for content is epass.

Where I am from routine maintenance does not take multiple hours. Or half a day, 1-2 hours during off peak hours is normal, but not an entire half day during work hours. This is not routine maintenance this is a major issue.
