Recently you contacted CCBill. regarding an issue with your Affiliate Sign-Up form. It appears that your form requires some updates to properly function with our system:
You'll need to replace <input type="text" style="width: 200px;" value="" name="current_id"> with <input type="text" style="width: 200px;" value="" name="EID"> and <input type="hidden" style="width: 200px;" value="1" name="second"> should be added within the form element for the retrieve data fields.
This should resolve issues with your affiliates utilizing the retrieve data field.
