Kink.com is looking for an experienced Affiliate Support Coordinator to work in our Marketing Department.

JOB OBJECTIVE: Grow inbound traffic by supporting KinkyDollars affiliates and traffic acquisition initiatives.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Respond to affiliate support issues quickly and correctly
2. Respond to affiliate support tickets quickly and accurately
3. Onboard new affiliates
4. Work with IT and other departments to identify and resolve issues and escalate issues as necessary
5. Support Affiliate Program Manager with Sales activities
6. Q/A Kinky Dollars & Affiliate Promotional tools
7. Identify and end fraudulent affiliate activity
8. Proactively identify issues or improvement to the Kinky Dollars affiliate program and escalate as necessary
9. Manage internal affiliate activities
10. Manage QA, account approvals, modifications and affiliate payment
11. Manage marketing collateral, and promotional tools (banners, galleries, promotional videos etc.)
12. Assist with Marketing initiatives as needed
13. Interact with Affiliates and up sell new promotions
14. Develop industry relationships
15. Set meetings continually with target companies
16. Coordinate Search Engine Optimization
17. Manage Ad Buys and report the financial health of these initiatives
18. Develop and maintain presence on industry boards
19. Grow advertising revenue on Kink Properties
20. Track & Report revenue results from traffic sites & Internal Affiliate Programs
21. Manage Kink.com presence at Partner Video Websites
22. Reach out to Video partner sites; set up video cooperation and content partnerships
23. Coordinate with Marketing Production team to cover up the supply of the promo content
24. Review content where necessary
25. Create video titles, meta tags and upload clips for all tube sites within the partner network
Perform other job-related duties and work on special projects as required.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
1. 2 years Sales and/or Marketing Experience
2. Bachelors Degree Preferred
3. Strong Online Marketing and sales experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Effective Sales Skills Required
2. High level of Microsoft Office Suite Experience Preferred
3. Familiarity with online Sales and Marketing processes including Affiliate Marketing Webmaster skills/or and previous affiliate program experience
4. Strong understanding of Affiliate Program utilities and processes
5. Experience with Online Adult Companies
6. Strong Analytic skills
