Thank you for contacting the CCBill Client Support Department.
I have looked over the threads, and your signup forms. The WMS signup forms work just fine, take not that affiliates that decide to hide their information are not allowed to signup to your WMS programs.
As for the Legacy affiliate signup button, the name is incorrect, usually a program like frontpage renames variables on the page so they do not match. For instance, in your "retrieve data" button the name is actually "submit1" and not "submit" as it should be.
