I just made the decision yesterday to finally cancel my servers with them. I have wanted to cancel many times over the past 6 months but each time I think they actually fixed the issues and was hoping I wouldn't have to deal with transferring the 150 sites I have there. They have cost me too much money due to downtime though and I will no longer trust my business with them.
