The graphics are slick, love the colors. Everything is sharp.
2 things though- one, you might want to try to get a little more of the main image above the fold, on my screen it cuts off at the top girl's eyeline, and two, even though the background popped instantly it took 19 seconds for the graphics to load. Surfer is usually gone at that point.

I'd make it fad out as it's sliding away, otherwise you get the images mixed together for a sec.
Also, if you click the NEXT on the bottom instead of the one at the top, the tour pages don't have any controls at the bottom so you should either force-scroll them back to the top or also have the controls at the bottom to not confuse anyone

I think it's cool but I'm not sure if it helps the surfer navigate. Surfers scroll down to see the page but then have to scroll all the way back up to have to slide to the next instead of just clicking on a "next" link at the bottom of the page and ending up at the top of the next page, just where they want to be.

There is no reason for that. I would not join a site over that slider and that is your goal, to get sales. It's cool from a tech standpoint, but as a consumer of porn, keep it simple and always build you sites for the lowest common denominator.

Ditto. I love it, but think the header height needs reduced so people don't need to scroll down each time they click next. Im on my laptop which is 1280x800, on my desktop probably would be better with a larger res, but Id try to keep it within 800 height in an open browser with standard toolbars showing, where you can see all of the slider images without having to scroll down.

tour designs are done for affiliates - could strip away all the graphics and colors on any paysite, put good samples of the content mixed with good sales text against a bgcolor=""
