That's been my experience in some cases... Instead of cancelling the member if the rebill fails, they try again - which is a good thing - except they try again in several days... I dunno, looking at individual members transaction history I find it confusing. All I know is I have a lot of trial members that have access a lot longer than they should, and also the 3 day trials rebill in 4 days which just annoys me.
This is just a percentage of the transactions though, they seem to be a good biller otherwise.
