They answered me when I wrote to them a while back about a check I found about a year after they sent it to me. A check got lost in the shuffle over here and when I found it, I emailed them and they had a new check for me within a few days.

Same here, sent already 2 email, 0 sales in ~5000 quality traffic, wanted to change payment to epassporte and no answer, only a "Thank you" note to the default user email...
The bad thing is that I usually did lots of sign-ups and now, already the 3rd week and still nothing... it's getting weird and concerning...Comment
