              Bill Wang = good, this looks like a first and last name.

              A lot of last names are funny or humorous, like Mr. Child.

                  No it's Bills' as in Buffalo Bills. As in "The Bills' Ed Wang ready to help NFL gain ground in China" but instead they chose make it sound like some dude name Bill had a super penis.
