He was okay in 8mm - but any actor could've handled the role easily.

Cage just plays slight variations of himself in almost every flick I've seen, never does a genuine acting job.

I like watching Nicholas Cage, except for that 9/11 reconstruction movie I like all movies he did.

Ghostrider reminds me so much of the human torch from fantastic 4 except the transformation for human torch seems a lot more realistic

Breath-taking special effects -- seriously fucking awesome. Movie itself? Sucks total ass. If you are going for plot or substance you will be seriously disappointed. If you are going to just see some kick ass visuals then it won't let you down.

Reviews aren't worthless. If you actually read the reviews, you can usually tell where the reviewer stands and if they're judging by the same criteria you would. I can read good reviews and expect a good movie, and then I can read terrible reviews and expect a good movie. I can also expect a terrible movie from both good and bad reviews. If a review says, "This movie was terrible. The gore and sex was over the top, and the movie was disturbing beyond belief. Avoid this film." If I read that review, I'm going to see that movie.
