Who can design a theme for drupal?

Design has nothing to do on what CMS it will be put to use.
Here's why:
- designer produces PSD
- coder slices PSD into HTML
- coder integrates HTML into Drupal/Joomla/Blog/Tube/TGP/Paysite/etc
With that said we have done some Drupal/Joomla works in the past. If you're serious about it email me at info silvercrocodile.com your specs and requirments - style you want to go with, what kind of functionality you are looking for, etc and I will get back to you with a quote which will contain two parts - one for design/slicing and another one for integrating it into Drupal
