Design has nothing to do on what CMS it will be put to use.
Here's why:
- designer produces PSD
- coder slices PSD into HTML
- coder integrates HTML into Drupal/Joomla/Blog/Tube/TGP/Paysite/etc
With that said we have done some Drupal/Joomla works in the past.
