    what the hell is up with their phone lines, it's always busy.

    Does anybody know how to get through to epass customer service quickly?

    Damn phone lines never work.

          I've been trying to call them too for the last 4 days, and it has been impossible to get their phones to ring even a single time. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with them
