Seriously, the geographical physical location really does matter. National borders really do divide territory. Crossing borders illegally is very dangerous.
The countries of Canada and USA had a good relationship for many years. Canadians and Americans cross the border freely with little hassles.

Just want to say that for some people crossing into the US from Canada, little hassles actually last 2 hours!!! Random checks???? Don't think so! Sometimes border agents just don't like the face you have on! Sometimes? Often!
