Losing your processing is devastating to a company, happened to us when VISA started cracking down on herbal merchants. And they aren't giving notice either, they are just cutting off your processing overnight.
I assume Herbal Revenue wasn't setup with a high-risk processor company. By all accounts they were doing good business, I highly doubt they would decide to take profits and run one day.
